We recommend booking at least 12-24 hours in advance. Same-day trips are possible depending on availability – check the form for instant confirmation.

After payment/confirmation you’ll receive a voucher by email with all trip details and the driver’s contact (closer to pickup).

Airport pickups include free waiting time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup accordingly. For major delays, just message us.

A fixed price for the route: car, driver, fuel and taxes. Extras (child seats, extra waiting hour, bottled water, etc.) can be added at checkout.

Yes, on request for an extra fee. Select it in the booking form or tell our manager.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and UnionPay cards issued to both individuals and businesses.

This can happen for several reasons:

  • Not enough funds on your card;

  • Incorrect card number, expiration date, or CVV/CVC code;

  • Your bank has set daily transaction limits;

  • Online payments are disabled, or you need to activate them through your bank.

If you still can’t complete the payment, please contact your bank’s support team using the phone number on the back of your card. They should be able to help you resolve the issue.

Yes. When placing the order, please make sure you enter the passenger’s phone number and email address, not your own. This way, they will receive the booking confirmation directly.

You can only update your booking if the changes do not affect the price. If the changes impact the cost, the current booking will need to be canceled and a new one created.

Yes, you can cancel one of the two booked trips. In this case, the standard cancellation policy applies:

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before the trip.

  • If you cancel later, a fee equal to the cost of that trip will be charged.
